Return & Refunds Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return it for a full refund, provided that it is in its original, unused packaging. If you have a request, please get in touch. Within 48 hours, we will try our best to respond to your inquiry with suggested next steps.

Orders placed in the UK are eligible for free return and exchange delivery. Unfortunately, we can't cover foreign orders' return or exchange shipping costs. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method. All sales are final after 30 days unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Sometimes, you may be required to pay the difference between the original item's price and the new item's price. However, if the price of the new item is less than the original item's price, we will return the difference to you.
