Software services are made available by menwallets.co.uk and related mobile applications and products (collectively, the "Services" or Men Wallets), which are owned and operated by Men Wallets and/or its affiliates ("we," "our," or "us"). Please review these Terms of Service (the "Terms") and any other policies or notices posted on our website or mobile applications before using our Services.

Consent To The Terms

By using the Services in any way, you explicitly agree to the following terms and conditions:

We are the sole provider of Men Wallets and do not offer any suggestions or guidance regarding the purchase, sale, or other use of digital assets. Transactions and operations involving digital assets should be undertaken at your own discretion.

Alterations To The Conditions Or Services

These Terms are subject to change at any moment, at our discretion. If we make any changes to the Terms, we will make them available to you through our website, mobile application, or other reasonable means of communication. Unless otherwise specified, the updated Terms will become effective as soon as they are posted. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms regularly to determine whether or not you agree to any changes that may have been made. Any continued use of Men Wallets after any such changes have been made to the Terms shall constitute the User's conclusive acceptance of such changes. Stop accessing or using our Services immediately if you do not agree to the Terms or any updates or modifications to the Terms. As our Services develop over time, we reserve the right to alter or terminate them in their entirety or part at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

Spend Accepted Credit/Debit Cards On the Acquisition Of Digital Assets

A third party will handle the conversion from your chosen amount into the appropriate Digital Asset and the crediting of your wallet if you use Men Wallets to purchase Digital Assets using a credit or debit card. You agree and acknowledge that:

If you choose to utilise a service provided by a third party, Men Wallets will not be held liable in any way, shape, or form for using such service.
You must comply with the terms and conditions set forth by the applicable third-party service provider;
It is important to note that Men Wallets cannot modify, delete, or cancel any conversion requests you make;
To the extent that a site uses a third-party service provider for currency conversions, that company is solely responsible for the exchange rate it offers.
You, your bank, or your credit card company are solely responsible for any fees associated with using the services provided by the third-party service(s) linked on this site (s).

Provided Data Accuracy

Any information you supply through the Services is guaranteed to be correct and complete under your representation and warranty. By using the Services to initiate a purchase or sale of Digital Assets, you agree and recognise that we are not responsible for any mistakes or omissions you may make. Before trying to send or receive a Digital Asset, please double-check all of the information associated with the transaction.

Registration And Protection Of The Wallet

To utilise, you must either bring in an existing wallet or create a new one Men Wallets. An individual's private key is generated at the time of wallet creation. If you suspect that your private key or wallet has been compromised in any way, you must contact us immediately. Regardless of the foregoing, you understand and agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your private key and for all risks associated with your use of the Services. You should take care when creating a wallet to prevent unauthorised access and/or loss of control. The following are some of the suggested actions:

Utilising biometric authentication if applicable and setting a strong, unique password that you don't use for anything else (i.e., different from your phone password or any other passwords you use for websites, online services, etc.);
Never keep the private key and secret phrase in plain text anywhere, whether online or in an unguarded physical location;
Limiting who can access your electronic possessions and money;
Ensuring that your devices and networks are protected from malware by taking all required measures;
Immediately informing us of any wallet-related security issues you find or suspect. Regardless of anything to the contrary contained below, we will not be responsible for any unauthorised or otherwise improper use of your wallet.

Charges For Making A Purchase Or A Payment

Depending on your virtual currency system or blockchain network, your transactions may be subject to transaction costs (such as mining fees). Before making any purchases, check your wallet balance to ensure you have enough money to finish the transaction. Failure of a transaction or loss incurred as a result of inadequate cash or gas connected with your wallet address, or erroneously set transaction fees (i.e., too low or too high), is not our responsibility, and you agree to hold us harmless in this regard. You also accept and acknowledge that we cannot view your or anyone else's financial transactions.

Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and remitting the correct tax to the relevant tax authorities about any transactions for which you have provided transaction data via the Services. You understand that it is not our responsibility to ascertain whether taxes apply to your transactions or to collect, report, withhold, or remit any taxes arising from any transactions using Digital Assets.

External Support And Materials

Nothing contained in this site, including, but not limited to, any description or reference to, or use of, any third party's product or service (including, but not limited to, any such description or reference provided by way of, or use of, a hyperlink), should be taken as our endorsement or promotion of such product or service. As the only owner of this service, we reserve the right to alter, suspend, or remove the availability of any Third Party Service at any time. Push alerts from suppliers of Third Party Content may be enabled if you choose to do so. A user must actively subscribe to the service to start receiving push alerts. Your smartphone will not activate push notifications for Third Party Content. We shall not be responsible for any Third Party Content, including, but not limited to, token availability and/or sales, that is disseminated via push notifications that we do not control, endorse, or embrace. You agree that granting a third party permission to access or connect to your Men Wallets account, whether through the third party's product or service or through Men Wallets, does not relieve you of any of your responsibilities under these Terms, even if the third party is able to take specific actions on your behalf. You are entirely on the hook for the actions or inactions of anyone who has access to your wallet.

Intellectual Property

License

Subject to your agreement with and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable licence to use Men Wallets for your own personal or internal business purposes. You agree that except as explicitly provided in these Terms:

You are not allowed to: rent, lease, distribute, sell, sublicense, transfer, or grant access to Men Wallets;
Using Men Wallets for anyone else's gain;
You may not use Men Wallets in any product or service you offer to a third party without our express written permission in advance;
Evade Men Wallets 's restrictions;

Unless expressly permitted by applicable law (and even then, only after notifying us in advance), reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, translate, or otherwise seek to obtain or derive the source code, including images and texts, underlying ideas, algorithms, file formats, or non-public APIs to Men Wallets;

Obfuscate or delete any proprietary or other notices Men Wallets
Do not use Men Wallets in any other programme, project, or product that is designed to compete with your company.

Feedback

The option to provide us with feedback is always there. We reserve the right to use, copy, disclose, licence, distribute, and exploit any comments made in connection with Men Wallets in any way, without incurring any liability, paying any royalties, or being subject to any other obligation or restriction based on intellectual property rights or otherwise. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to prevent us from using, developing, evaluating, or marketing products or services independently, whether or not they incorporate any feedback provided by you.

Content

Content on Men Wallets may be protected by copyright law, registered and unregistered trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, including but not limited to text and graphics. The Content is our sole property unless otherwise stated. No licence, ownership, or other interest in the Content is transferred to you due to your use of Men Wallets. No part of the Content may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed, collected, sold, licenced, modified, or exploited in any way, whether manual or automated.

Notices

Electronic communication, including posting on the Services, will serve as sufficient notice of any notices or other communications we supplied under these Terms, including those about updates to it. Everything we send you in connection with your account and the Services, including notices, agreements, documents, and messages, will be sent to you electronically. You agree and consent to receive these communications electronically.
